Product Offerings

Payment Processing
All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors that comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Order Confirmation
Digital products such as ebooks and course access are delivered electronically immediately after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with download links or access instructions.
Physical products are shipped to the address you provide during checkout within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our resources and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Books and Physical Products
Physical books and products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition with all packaging intact. Contact us at jerryt45042@gmail.com to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Digital Products
Ebooks, devotionals, and other digital downloads may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Simply email us to request your refund.
Online Courses
Full refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment provided you have completed less than 25 percent of the course content. After that period or that completion threshold, refunds are not available due to the immediate access to course materials.
Events and Seminars
Event registrations may be refunded up to 14 days before the scheduled event date. After that deadline, refunds are not available, though you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in advance.
Coaching Services
Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
Course Access and Use
When you enroll in an online course, you receive lifetime access to that course content, including any updates or improvements we make in the future.
You may not share your course login credentials with others, distribute course materials beyond your personal use, or reproduce course content for commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms, including sharing login credentials or distributing copyrighted materials.
User-Generated Content
When you participate in course forums, submit prayer requests, share testimonials, or provide reviews, you grant GoHopeful Ministry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our Services and marketing materials.
You represent that any content you submit is original, does not violate third-party rights, and does not contain defamatory, offensive, or illegal material.
We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate for any reason.
Prayer Requests and Confidentiality
All prayer requests submitted through our website are treated as confidential and are never shared publicly without your explicit written permission.
